One of the absolute best ways to lose a few pounds is to stop drinking sugary soft drinks and stick to drinking water only! Water not only flushes out toxins, but it fills up your stomach and curbs your hunger. Drinking a glass of water before a meal will help you eat less, as well.

Instead of eating canned or processed fruits and vegetables, go for the fresh ones! Not only do they contain all of the vitamins and minerals you need for good health, fresh fruits and veggies have less calories.
